The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with mountains and wetlands surrounding the area. It was a picturesque location. Additionally, the customer service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful information about the area and made us feel welcomed. One more advantage was the proximity to nearby attractions, such as an Old West museum and a Bison Preserve. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and make the most of our trip.
The lobby of the hotel was quite dark and had an old, musty smell lingering in the air. It didn't give a good first impression.

As bike riders, we loved the clean rooms, beautiful pond, and stunning mountain view. The upgraded room was a nice surprise. The staff was helpful and the hot breakfast included was a great start to the day. The on-site restaurants provided good quality food. The proximity to the Bison Range was an unexpected bonus!
Felt so comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

The view from the patio behind our room was breathtaking. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with friendly service. The breakfast had a great variety, especially the fresh fruit. The gift shop was interesting and the staff there made amazing espresso drinks. We definitely want to come back here again.

The staff at Ninepipes Lodge were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I had dinner at the bar and the food was absolutely delicious. The best part of my stay was visiting the Bison National Reserve, just a short drive away. Seeing the elk, bison, and antelope in their natural habitat was truly awe-inspiring.

The location of this lodge is absolutely stunning. With beautiful views of the mountains and a vast expanse of wetlands, it's a nature lover's paradise. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with wide doors that open out onto the lawn, allowing you to take in the fantastic scenery. The lodge also offers a restaurant and bar on-site, where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks surrounded by a hunting/Old West ambiance.
The restaurant food and service could be improved.

Comfortable lodging with road-facing room but no noise. Impressive recliner and effective A/C. Good beer and decent bar snacks with stunning lake and mountain view from deck. Interesting stories behind bar's trophy animals. Pleasant staff. A great discovery amidst interesting countryside.

The breakfast was included and had a nice variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the highway and easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.
The hotel felt outdated and in need of some updating. The rooms were small and lacked any sort of decoration or ambiance.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, especially from the room with the mountain view. The large, clean and comfortable rooms were a big plus, and the back patio was a cute addition. The location of the hotel was also great, with a pond in the back where we saw some cool wildlife like geese and turtles. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was good and we enjoyed having breakfast while overlooking the lake.
One downside was that the complimentary breakfast was limited and we felt pressured to go for the paid breakfast instead. This strategy seemed a bit off for a hotel that is mainly used as a passage hotel.

I loved the central location, with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a wonderful dining room and bar with good hours. The staff were super friendly and attentive to my needs. I enjoyed the continental-style breakfast, especially the tasty homemade "power medallions." The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and I appreciated the French press coffee provided in each room.
Nothing, all was good.

The location of the lodge is convenient as it is close to main places and attractions. It offers beautiful views of the surrounding area, such as the Mission Mountains and a small lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities in good working order. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing helpful information about the area and accommodating room changes when needed. The lodge also offers a restaurant with delicious food, including a breakfast menu.
It would be nice to have coffee makers in the rooms for early risers, and a screen door or window that can be opened for fresh air, although security concerns need to be addressed.

The location of the hotel is great, with well-kept and beautiful grounds. The breakfast provided is convenient and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the restaurant has amazing views and the dinner served is exceptional.
The check-in process was problematic; we were given the wrong room key and there were issues with the room I had booked.

We had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of the mountains and a peaceful environment. We loved spending time by the beautiful lake, where we could watch wildlife and relax in the comfortable chairs provided by the hotel. One of the highlights was the fabulous restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The menu had a great variety of both complimentary breakfast items and paid options, which were all tasty and satisfying. The view of the pond and mountains from the breakfast area was simply breathtaking.
While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The carpet in the hallways and rooms looked stained and dirty, which was a bit disappointing.
